After-sales service rules
Please note before purchasing, blind boxed products contain random styles/characters and cannot be specified. Actual style/characters will be determined upon opening the box.
1. Orders are not supported for refund or return after opening the box, unless there is a quality problem.Returns or exchanges for personal reasons such as “change of mind” or “blind boxed product did not meet goals” are not supported.
2. Due to international shipping, we cannot guarantee that the box will arrive intact. Any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the courier's handling and is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damage to the figures inside the blind box.
3. Please note that blind boxes may have production defects such as uneven coloring, minor scratches, paint loss or bubbles. These defects are normal in the production process, please understand.
4. Plush products may be slightly deformed by extrusion during transportation and may require simple finishing to return to normal.
5. If your order is out of stock, damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, any request after 7 days will not be accepted.
